Debate session on the topic of domestic violence
Domestic violence. The cycle of violence and support for victims. In Belgium 28,000 women are victims of domestic violence. 1 in 5 men are victims of domestic violence. Children are the victims and the first witnesses of domestic violence.

Walking
Every Monday morning the nurse, together with a couple of patients, go for a walk, in one of the parks close to MediSina.

Breakfast
Every first Thursday of the month, the nurse of MediSina invites the patients for a breakfast, centred on different themes. The original purpose of the breakfast was to break the loneliness of patients living alone.

Yoga
A yoga series for beginners, 10 classes, on Wednesday mornings at MediSina medical centre. A combination of meditation, active poses and more relaxing poses. Limited spots available!

Drawing competition
We invite the children to surprise us with a beautiful drawing! The theme: «Draw me the winter».
